Dear Readers ,i m living and working out of canada,and recieved bellow mentioned letter from Canada Rebienue,if any one recieved such type of letter ,please share with me the experience.

Dear Sir:
Re: Review of the child and family benefits and credits
Reviews of child and family benefits and credits are conducted on
a regular basis. Your account has been selected for review.
please complete the attached questionnaire and return it to us
along with the requested documentation within 30 days. If you do
not reply, we will adjust your account based on the information
available. This adjustment could result in a reduction in the
amount of child and family benefits and credits received and you
may be required to repay amounts already received. If an
adjustment is made to the amount of benefits or credits received,
a notice will be sent.
If you are unable to provide the requested information within 30
days, please contact the person named below at
