Do I Have a legitimate civil case?

My husband and I were in a "tv shop" to purchase a couple of tv's. I was also in the market for a desktop computer for my daughter and they happened to have some used ones for sell. I specifically told the employee that I wanted a desktop that would run Minecraft(a game). He said that any of them should be able to run it and he called the computer tech in and I spoke with him. He suggested which computer I should buy to best run the game and said the game had very minimum requirements so it should run with no problem. He said it would be $195 for the computer. Well when he went to ring me up he charged me $20 extra for the monitor and $20 for a wifi card since the computer wasn't wifi capable with out it. I wasn't expecting the extra charges but whatever.

Get the computer home and long story short, it doesn't run minecraft. It gives me an error every time. It doesn't run Java, Chrome, Origin or any programs I try to download. I call the guy, argue with him for awhile and he finally agrees to up and fix it. 2 days later I get the computer back and he haddowngraded the operating system for some reason. He "upgraded" the video card to a 12 year old card and it basically had all of the same problems. He texted me before that and told me that he ran Minecraft on it and it worked, which was obviously a lie. I had 2 technicians attempt to fix it and both said I might as well get rid of it if I cant get a refund because it's worthless or I could attempt to install a new video card but there's no guarantee that it will fix the problem and that obviously costs more money.

When I purchased the computer, the guy gave me a "service receipt." It is a receipt meant for people who have work done on their computer. It doesn't state anything about refunds but he hand wrote "as is" on it. I wondering if I would have a case in court though because I specially said it needed to run Minecraft before hand and he told me it would on 2 occasions and I have proof as well as statements from the technicians stating that the computer doesn't work right. He also wrote that I paid $215 but my bank statement and paypal receipt prove that I paid them $245.
