Need Help with Working with my CaseWorker

Hi my caseworker never answer my call or email I recently ask for glasses but she told me mo there is no provision for this request she got me off of the medication and dental card. I try talking to her supervisor but he didn't do anything to help me he take my caseworker side and I already try contacting legal aid and they didn't do anything for me either

You mentioned that you contacted Legal Aid.
We suggest if you have not already, you may want to contact the nearest Community Legal Clinic for some assistance. This clinic states that it "focuses on helping people get income maintenance benefits and maintain access to housing"
