Processing Time 2015 Applicants - Sponsorship

I am Canadian Citizen and I Sponsored wife from Pakistan in March 2015, earlier this year I saw that London office processing time was 11 months, but I checked yesterday and the processing time now show 29 months.
Does anyone know what's going on?
