80 Days are Over - PR Card

I have PR status. It has been over 80 days.I havnt rcvd my PR CARD.I Landed in June 2015 (Many others who landed in May 2015 also havnt rcvd their PR card) I called CIC they told me I will get in 2nd week of Sept 2015. There seems to be a big que before me, so Will I rcv the Card as said ??

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this.
All we can suggest is that if this is what the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre has stated, you may want to wait until the second week of September. If you do not receive it by then, you may want to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre again.
We hope that others who have experienced something similar can share their suggestions and experiences with you.
