Good day,
i want to ask if there is any possible option to make my friend's situation grant as a PR in Canada,because her children has already processed all the medical assessment,but the result was "INADMISSIBLE" the immigration officer tell that she will be refused unless she can provide provide a credible plan ensuring that her child will not impose an "Excessive Demand on Canadian Social Service".
the immigration office declared an "Expected Cost of Services" which is my friend cannot provide.
i'm looking for the best option on this situation :(
