How long will it take for Renewal of PR card?

hi! i have a question about renewal for pr card
my pr card will expire nxt yr march2016, but i already sent an application to renew it last august2015.. so when can i expect my new pr card? a bit worried cause its been 3 months now since i sent my renewal and cic havnt contacted me yet..
and i know i can see the processing times online and renewals are longer (183 days to be exact) so i have a question.. when does 183 days start? is it during august2015 when i sent my application and they receive.. or when they post the date that they are working on applications receive on august2015? cause by the time they post that they are working on applications on that date it takes time.. (about 5 months) it my question clear? a bit worried cause i have travel plans middle of nxt year.. thank u guys!

As you have stated, the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website states that it will take 183 days.
It also states that they are working on applications received up to June 18, 2015.
You may want to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly to see if they have any additional information.
