Hi
I got my pr on july20,2015. But due to wrong address my pr card got sent back. Then i called cic and they changed my adress on oct.20,2015 and told me that i will get my pr card within 15 days. But its been over a month and I haven't received my pr card yet.

You may want to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly to find out if they are aware of the whereabouts of your PR card.
