Hello,
I would like to know how to contact and inform CRA in case of leaving Canada for good. There are no email contacts on their website.

Phone: 1-800-959-8281 (Canada and United States)
Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time).
Calls from outside Canada and the United States
