Can I return to Canada with my Cdn.Citizen Child?

Hello,
I am the mother of a Canadian born Child 14 years old, she has lived the first 14 years of her life with me in Antigua W.I,
My question is she would like to come back to Canada now to finish High School and eventually moving on to college.
I take of her and is responsible for her well being, what procedure can I do or apply for to come back to Canada with her which allows me to work and live with her so she can finish her High School and College education.

Unfortunately, the fact that your child is a Canadian Citizen does not guarantee that you can enter and remain in Canada.
