Who must be notified after a legal name change?

My son name was changed legally and he received a legal document, now what should he has to do further? I am assuming that he has to visit service center and change his name on his sin and health card, he is 17 years old and born outside of Canada

You are able to change youre name. You can do this with the government of Ontario. This is the form that I could find for changing an adult's name http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/FormDetail?OpenForm&ACT=RDR&TAB=PROFILE&ENV=WWE&NO=007-11155E
It might be different for you however if it is your documents that are wrong and you want corrected.
