BSC Nursing Bridging Course - Questions

I am a new immigrant to Toronto.
I am an Intenational Nursing Graduate done 3 1/2 year nursing education.
I moved to Canada based on the idea of doing a BSC Nursing bridging course.
I have done my CNO assessment also.
I have done all these as one of my friends of same qualification has done this and she has completed the bridging course and working in Toronto.
To my shock., I was informed by CNO that I have to do RN assessment again. Then only I can do the Bsc bridging course.
By mistake I have done an RPN assessment.
Again I have paid the fee and submitted for RN assessment to CNO.
My only request is that I need help for making my assessment a bit faster and join the BSC Nursing course this coming January. The application closes in October.

Hi!
I would like to know what is the assessment of a Philippine 4-year BS in Nursing and 2-years graduate of Master's degree to Ontario?
Is it equivalent to a Canadian graduate of BS in Nursing or still undergraduate?
