Credential Evaluation - Non Recognized Institution

I had earlier completed a credential evaluation with World Education Services, Toronto and have received a report for the assessment of my Masters Degree Certificate and my Bachelors Degree Certificate, and would like to request your help in resolving this issue with WES.
The Canadian equivalency assessment provided on my Masters Degree Certificate was reported as a "Masters Degree from a Non-Recognized Institution" by WES.I disagreed with this assessment and had earlier written a mail to World Education Services providing them with the resources to re-evaluate my initial assessment.In response to that I have received the following letter from World Education Services simply claiming that in their opinion my institution (Masters Degree in Business Administration) does not have a Canadian Equivalency of a Masters Degree from a recognized institution.
To provide you with more information, I have graduated from an institution in India which is currently registered under the University Grants Commission of India with a "deemed university" status.
My institution was registered under a different body at the time when my degree certificate was awarded in 2005.However, It has different body governing it now and this body is registered as a deemed university under the University Grants Commission of India.
I have no other resource available to address this dispute on my credential evaluation and all my efforts (emails/web links etc. to confirm the authenticity of my credentials with World Education Services,Toronto have been overlooked by their evaluation methodology.
I am really looking forward to finding some help in resolving this dispute of my credential assessment and have made an attempt to communicate this matter to WES. I would like to know their explanation of their assessment in determining the status of my institution, and the required documentation if I need to provide them to establish that my institution is a recognized in my home country (although I have already sent them web links to the regulatory authorities in my country verifying my claim).
Need help.Please Advise.

Dear settlement workers. I've been having the same problems with WES! This must be a total shame. We are able to find different contact info about WES ourselves. However it isn't very hard to find the "Help" or "Contact Us" part in any website... I have a suggestion. If you are wondering by any chance what exactly is my issue with WES? Here it is:
In my opinion and experience, I don't think this Company even exist! I found out that the place where I wanted to give my academic documents to, doesn't accept them from WES. So I tried to contact them by phone to cancel the application. I just waste time and money on the phone! Then I went to their mailing address. It was only for mail delivery. A woman opened the door, mysteriously closed it again and then appeared again only to give me a business card and some excuses.. Then I searched online for an office of theirs. I found an address: 45 Charles East, Toronto.. I went there only to find out that the building has been under construction for the past 2 years.. Then I asked their neighbor building about them and they gave me an address near Finch Station (5775 Yonge St.).
As I went there the building's security told me that other people have come here addressing the same issue but SUCH COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE AN OFFICE HERE! Can you believe it?? Then I found all of these websites with so many angry costumers complaining about them.When I send them emails regarding canceling my application and refunding the money (since they haven't done absolutely anything yet and I don't want them to) they send a reply back indicating that they are forwarding my case to Administration Department.. Which I don't think actually exists! They are just delaying and ignoring me until I give up my money!
If you are a governmental force or you have access to "actually" contacting them, please kindly bring my case to their attention.
In my experience and opinion, they should be avoided.
In my opinion, I feel and I am almost begging you not to advertise them on the posts about Credential Evaluations!
