Hi,

I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anyone is able to help answer this question of mine...

I'm a PR resident soon to apply for a Canadian citizenship. I have the required documents, per the cic site, in possession and have fulfilled all the requirements

However, in discussing this matter with others, I'm getting a few suggestions to include additional documents that are not required (...i.e. employment letter, letter from my landlord, credit card and bank statements, etc...) to further support my application.

Can anyone let me know if it's better to just stick to the basic requirements per the cic site or to include additional documents? In other words, which approach might help accelerate / hinder the file processing timelines?

Thanks,

Awny
