Questions about the RQ - Please Help

Hi,
I obtained PCH report from the Ministry of Health before i applied for citizenship.
As soon as i applied,next day i back home.
Recently i received RQ.Can i resubmit the PCH report or requist for new report?
Second question is that i m not understad in question 18.
So please guide me.

Thank you for sharing your situation and questions with us.
According to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre, they suggested that if it has been updated, it is best that you request a new copy.
Regarding question 18, we suggest that you contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly for some clarification.
