Kids' School Progress Report - Citizenship

Application sent - Mar 2014 and got file number, I sent Kids school attendance sheet from last 4 years. We didnt leave Canada.
Letter from CIC - May 2014.. asking for school progress report from 2010 - 2014
Question:
Why do they need these details, I already sent school attendance sheets. Would this be considered a short RQ???

Thank you for sharing your situation and questions with us.
We can appreciate that you would be concerned or wondering why you would receive this type of request after already sending the attendance sheets.
According to several CIC representatives, CIC, sometimes requires some additional information. It does not mean that you will receive the RQ.
However, they did state that it is best to provide what and as much as you can.
