Hello JL,

Thank you for sharing your question with us.

We have had others include some links in some of our previous Settlement.Org Discussion Thread.

It is not available online. According to several CIC representatives, apparently, they do not have access to it either.

If you like, you can access it through an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request. You may want to submit an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request for yourself. There is a $5.00 application fee for requests made under the Access to Information Act.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

I became a permanent resident in Aug 2004, applied for citizenship in Oct 2010, wrote my test in Sept 2011, was given an RQ on the day of the test, sent in my completed RQ back by Feb 2012. I still have not heard back from CIC regarding my application. It is now August 2014, it's been 46 months since my initial application.

What is taking them so long? Have they not even read my completed RQ yet? It shouldn't take more than an hour to read it and process it.

I graduated from the University of Toronto in June 2012 and still have not gone on a grad trip because I don't want to apply for visas of numerous countries when I know I can travel to most countries on a Canadian passport.

I have been working full time for the last 2 years, been paying my taxes duly on time, been a responsible resident for so many years, I don't understand why no one is reviewing my case yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Rashmi
