Hello,
I am marrying my Canadian boyfriend in March.
I will be going to Canada with him the day after the wedding where we will get the medical done and once our marriage certificate is sent start Outland PR.
I am worried using my maiden and new name on forms.
Can I send a letter with everything letting them know I am in the process of sending my passport and social back to the states to get changed,.
Will this screw up my application or delay it.?
I could send a copy of the new passport about 5 weeks after I send the original application.
Also I will be driving back over the boarder with his family should I let them know at the boarder I am planning to apply for Pr?
Not sure how to answer the how long I am staying question.
