Hi!

I have 3 major concerns but let me tell you all the situation. Thank you!

My mother got married again with a Canadian man(my step-dad). Step-dad sponsored all of us (my mom, 2 brothers, my sister & I -siblings) for migration to Ontario Canada. We're all done with the medical exams last Nov.2013 & submitted all our application documents last December.

We received an update from Embassy last Aug.11,2014 that our application status will be delayed because of my brother's medical results.

The doctor told us that my brother has a "suspected TB". So what we did, we requested to remove my brother's name on the application so the remaining four of us can proceed with the application. October 10,2014 the embassy called telling that they will give a chance for my brother, so he will be having his 2nd medical exam.

Anytime soon, the embassy will give us updates & we're still waiting for it.

1st question:

What will happen if my brother will get failed again with his medical exam?

Can we just proceed with our application without him or the embassy is going to deny us all our applications?

My concern is, the age limit for sponsorship(dependent child) is now 18 years old effective January 2014.

Im 21 y.o this year.

2nd Question:

Im done with my medical exam last Nov. 2013 but I got pregnant June 2014 (running 4mos preggy).

Would my pregnancy affect MY application status or OUR application status?

What's the best thing to do if ever the embassy will approve our visa application?

3rd Question:

Let’s say we’re already in Canada, anytime soon (maybe this coming November 2014 or December 2014) would my pregnancy affect my application for PR?

Thank you so much for reading.

I’ll wait for your responses/advices/comments in each questions! :D

Hello,

Thank You for sharing your situation and questions with us.

It sounds like some very important issues have come up related to your application.

It is best that your sponsor contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly for some clarification related to your application.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
