Hi,
I lived here for more than three years then left Canada.
Can I submit citizenship application from Abroad?
Means, my signature place in the application will be a non canadian city.
I want to send the application to my parents living in Toronto and have them submitted. Is it allowed by CIC OR I should travel back to canada and sign the application in canadian city before submitting the application.
Thanks.

Hello Nav,
Thank you for sharing your situation in such detail and your questions.
According to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre, they stated that it is not possible to apply for citizenship while living outside Canada.
If you are currently outside Canada, we suggest that you confirm this information for yourself by contacting Citizenship and Immigration Canada or the nearest Canadian Visa Office.
We have had some of our users previously state that they have been able to contact CIC from abroad by dialing 1 613 944 4000. Listen to the options to get to CIC. Once you choose the option for CIC, wait until you hear the welcome to Citizenship and Immigration Canada message and wait to be connected to the CIC Call Centre.
Please note though that some have reported that it did not work for them. We hope that it is possible for you to get through.
If you are not currently outside Canada, you can contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly through their toll-free number.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
