Opening an independant Secondary Credit School

My partner and I are planning to open a an independent secondary school offering in-class and online High School Credits in Richmond Hill. We are both Canadian Citizens.
Are there any workshops that Ministry of education offer to get familiar with the rules and regulations?

Here is an excerpt,
Operators of private schools in Ontario are required to notify the Ministry of Education annually of their intention to operate. To obtain the relevant information package, please contact the Ministry at 416-325-2929 or 1-800-387-5514.
