Cannot Attend Oath Ceremony-Can it be Rescheduled?

Hi,
My Fiance unable to attend ceremony next week because she has to travel backhome because of death of her father. She need to reschedule the oath.
Is CIC will reschdule accepting the above real reason?
How long it may take cic to decide on reschedule and send letter again?
