I am having an issue with my landlord calling a friend of mine whom he happens to know because she lives next to a rental unit he owns...
He is calling her to discuss landlord/tenant dispute that I am currently having.
I am just wondering if he is aloud to do this?
This friend is not on my application/agreement as a reference or in any capacity the only reason he knows she even exists is because of the above fact that she live next to one of his units.
