Hi,
My wife & 2 kids applied for Citizenship in April 2014 and paid 600$ for 3 of them.
On March 2nd, 2015 my wife bank account was credited 400$ (paid back to her).
Do you know why?
Its impossible to contact CIC via phone/email.
Online status shows "In Process" for all 3 of them.
Please advise.

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
Unfortunately, the best thing to do is to continue to try to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly.
Some of our users have stated that they have been able to get through by trying to dial right at 8am.
