Citizenship Delay after Change of Address

We applied for citizenship in Nov.2014 and we changed province from Ontario to British columbia in March 2015 and change the address online but in June my husband got letter in toronto to give citizenship exam in August
Afterthat we call and talked regarding the change of address but now in August 2015 file is still in toronto.
Anyone can give the guidance what to do?

It may be busy but it is possible to get through to speak to an agent.
