Educational Credential Assessment - Appeal?

Hello, Good Day.
I have submitted all my University credentials to an Educational Equivalency Review center authorized by CIC.
I'am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a reputable university outside Canada.
Upon receiving the results, my degree was classified as "Completion of secondary school education and Community College diploma (2 years)" considered as a 2 year diploma only.
My question is, do i have the right to appeal? On what grounds should i lay for my appeal?

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this situation.
You may need to contact the credential evaluation service directly for some information regarding what their appeal process is.
