Traffic Tickets and PR - Question

I applied PR recently and I am spending very carefully in these days.
But very unfortunately I got a parking ticket at meter parking lot.
I already paid 35 dollars for it.
I already checked a lot of web sites and they say that it is not related with PR application because it is not severe crime.
But I am afraid that immigration guide line is getting more strict every year.
Please give me any information of recent guide line.
