Hi,
I would like to know if I can claim EI benefits and go to Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC). The classes are scheduled from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday (15hrs/week) or during the weekends, 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.
