Hi
We are Canadian citizen and working and living in USA and also holding green card. We have surrogate baby due in India in Feb 16. Please advise how we can bring our baby to USA.
I understand the baby would be a Canadian citizen. Would we be able to bring baby to USA abs Aoply Canadian citizenship or what is the procedure. Do we need to inform Canadian elm asset in USA that we are going to pick up baby. Thanks

If you are asking about how your baby will get Canadian Citizenship, you can find some information on the process in this Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) - Establishing Citizenship section.
As you may have noticed, the Settlement.Org website is mainly about settling in and living in Ontario. Therefore, we do not have a lot of information or details about entering the United States.
You may want to contact the U.S. Department of State -The Bureau of Consular Affairs for some information regarding entry into the United States.
