Hello my brother sponsored my mom but refused to take care of her. Not even letting her to go to his house. My mom applied for Welfarr and got accepted and received the first payment. Then they said is on hold because the sponsor doesn't want to owe to the government. My mom had an accident few months ago and unable to work any more. She has no money at all and no source of income. If I don't let her in my house she doesn't even have a place to live. I want to know if it's in the sponsor's power to stop her welfare pay?
