Hello Honourable Members,

My wife and I submitted a spousal sponsorship application in Canada last year and we currently live in Edmonton now. I have since last month received my open work permit and my wife has also gotten a new job.

Here are my questions

1. I have received very good high paying job offers in Ontario province due to my expertise in the area of Logistics. Can I leave Edmonton and work in Ontario whiles visit my wife in Edmonton every month? Will this jeopardise my permanent resident application?

2. Since the time of the application in May 2015, my wife has gotten a new job in Edmonton. Do we have to communicate that to CIC since she used her previous job to show her eligibility as a Canadian worker.

3. With my acquisition of the open work permit and having U.S VISA, can I and my spouse visit the U.S for holidays? How does that affect my permanent resident application.

Hope to get some answers to these questions. Thank you!!
