Plan to marry my Filipina Fiance-currently in US for J1Visa
Plant marry in the US
Do I need to order a Divorce Certificate or a signed Final Order form from the BC Supreme court good enough
same question when I sponsor my future wife

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
In terms of what is required for you to both get married in the U.S., you will have to contact the appropriate authorities there for the details of the requirements.
In terms of sponsorship, you may want to look at some detailed information in our Settlement.Org How do I sponsor a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent child living outside of Canada? article.
You will notice that once you download the application that the Document Checklist states that if you had previous marriages, a divorce certificate is required.
