My mothers PR is expiring and she wants to travel outside canada and she would only have 1 month before the PR expires and she wants to stay longer because she is going to vist her mother and she has 3 kids and for us to travel its costing us a lot of money for tickets and its not worth the amount of time we are staying there for and the time we are staying outside the country we have ramadan

Is there anyway she can travel outside the country when her pr is about to expiring and come back ?

1. She would have to apply for a PR Travel Document at an office abroad to return to Canada. Depending on the office, and she meets her RO, processing time is 1 to 2 weeks.
2, Depending on when she intends to leave, she could apply for a new PR card with urgent processing: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-urgent-processing.asp
