Am I Eligible for E.I.?

May I please ask.
I am a hard work person and also because my wife is unwell unable to work without any finical supplement, I have been working 16 hours a day.
I work two full time jobs in two different companies.
8 hours in the day and 8 hours overnight.
The company decided to close down the night shift at the every last day last minute thus now I am down to only one full time job.
I wish to know if I can apply for EI until I can find myself another night shift as I do need two income to maintain my family.
Also Both my work did contribute EI and CPP deduction.
Can you please kindly let me know?
