WES Report-University not Recognised

Hi,
I have got WES report for my degree from amity university-distance education as master degree from a non-recognized university. However, its a UGC recognized university. Alternatively, my other friend who is MCA from same university as full time got the report as masters from recognized university.
Please help as its very disappointing.
