Good Day!!
I have a Filipino Husband in Calgary Canada who is applying for permanent residence. Because he sent me a divorce letter I refuse to give him a upfront medical of our daughter. In that part, he stop sending a child support since April 2016 up to present. We already sent him a Demand Letter last June 11, 2016, and he received it last June 11, 2016. But until now he has responding. And he offline our communication. What legal process will I do, to get a Child Support to him or maybe revoking his application for Permanent residence. Im a filipino wife and we have a 1 child. We are still legally married here in Philippines, coz there is no divorce here in Philippines.
Hope you can help me with my problem.

Unfortunately, there is not a great deal of information we can provide regarding this situation.
You mentioned that your husband is in Calgary.
You may want to try and contact an organization in Calgary, where your husband is located to find out if they can provide you with any information or referrals regarding what your options are and how to possibly proceed.
Please be aware that there may be some eligibility criteria related to the services.
