After PR Visa Issued - How long to Enter Canada?

I have a Question; My wife have been trying for 4 years for her to come here from China we've applied twice and gone to ADR appeal twice and have now finally been approved, we have been planning to have a baby through IVF in China, my question is once she gets her Visa how long do we have before she needs to enter Canada?

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
Generally, the expiry date is one year from the time medical exams were completed.
The expiry date will appear on the visa.
As you may already know, she has to land in Canada before that expiry date.
It is really important to verify the expiry date as soon as she receives her Canadian Immigration Visa.
