we have been dealing with unruly neighbors for 6 monthe ,
n5,s were issued but now the ll doesnt want to deal witht he issue,
sent us an email stating they are staying out of this afair and we are on our own ,
a few questions,, 4 yrs ago we signed a lease, for 1 year says 60 day notice, can we break this agreement, i
s it still legal,,
we want to move by sept, 1 , but ll wont let us out unless full 60 days,,
