Hi,

About 4 months ago I had someone move in to my apartment, things were fine, then suddenly turned as he started stealing from me, be it change out of my room, or food.

I always stated that asking for things goes a long way, yet he never asked.

I can't prove the theft of toonies, loonies and the food, however that is on top of the erratic behaviour, I suddenly started getting harassed at work with an incredible amount of text messages, I have every last text.

When he made it a point because my turtle tank was not taken care of as it should've been, he failed to pay rent.

I went away for a few days, everything was clean, the tank didn't smell, he still owes me money, before I leave I hear him saying how it's hell, how I'm always yelling at him, I never did anything, which is a lie.

In total he owes me $750 through failures to pay twice, he said through text I would be paid in full yesterday, however he moved out leaving a huge mess behind, which isn't an issue, I just want the monies owed to me.

So now I have to figure that and bills, and next months rent? I'm screwed, stressed and lost as to how I can get this money back! I have bank statements that will show I paid his rent, I have a full time job, my superintendent knows the whole situation, I can get letters from my bosses and friends to show my character, you ask for it, I can probably get it.

Sorry for the rant, but after odsp wouldn't give me any form of help whatsoever, I really have no idea where to go, but I'm beyond stressed. Please help!
