I have given notice to terminate N9 Form and Letter

I was given a letter stating that the Landlord (superintendent ) may enter my apt. with out notice for the purpose of showing.

I understood that 24 hours notice be given and accepted by myself that they had my permission.

What is the law ?

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

We can appreciate that you would be interested in this type of information.

You can find some detailed information in our Settlement.Org Can my landlord enter my home? article.

Here is an excerpt,

When you move

Your landlord can come into your home to show it to someone who might live there when you move out. In this case, your landlord does not have to tell you in writing before coming in. But they must try to let you know first.

If you have any concerns you may want to contact the nearest Community Legal Clinic for some advice regarding your situation.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
