Notice to Terminate N9 - What are my Rights?

I have given notice to terminate N9 Form and Letter
I was given a letter stating that the Landlord (superintendent ) may enter my apt. with out notice for the purpose of showing.
I understood that 24 hours notice be given and accepted by myself that they had my permission.
What is the law ?

When you move
Your landlord can come into your home to show it to someone who might live there when you move out. In this case, your landlord does not have to tell you in writing before coming in. But they must try to let you know first.
