Hi I am living in Toronto since Jan 2014. I immigrated as International student and I completed my graduation in post-secondary in diploma(After Bachelors) in June 2015 and I am looking for job constantly in my field(QUALITY ASSURANCE/SOFTWARE TESTER). Even though I have all necessary soft skills that are required by the employers, I am unable to get my dream job. The employers like my profile and I was offered a job but once they realize that I am not a PR holder, they withdraw my offer letter. :( . Most of them are asking for PR which I don't have.
- In this case, how can I land job in my field?
- Is there any easy way to get PR?
- Are there any other companies who hire work permit holders?(I have valid Open Work Permit till mid 2019)

In terms of finding a job in your field, you may want to contact the nearest Employment Service for some assistance. Unfortunately, you may need to contact them first in order to confirm your eligibility as some services may have specific eligibility requirements in order to use their services.
