Please I am a new Immigrant with a young family of 2 little girls ages 28 months and 4 months respectively.

We landed on Wednesday and putting up with a family friend in Kitchener at the moment.

We have been informed by an old immigrant who came from Toronto that there are some resource persons or groups who assisted them with furniture"furniture bank" as he called it and also another organisation who assisted the family (their little girl) with diapers and some other things like clothing, toys and some other forms of materials.

Please does this type of organisation exist in the Kitchener area?

I will much appreciate if anyone can help us with necessary information as we are looking forward to moving into our own apartment any time from now.

Many thanks in anticipation to positive responses to this post.
