Hello OCASI,

My cousin came to Canada last month under spousal sponsorship, she is a chief accountant in her country. Which is the fastest way for her to come back to do her same work as an accountant here in Canada? Her English level presently is level 2.

Thank you for your information in advance.

Best.

Po.

Hello Po,

Thank you for sharing your question with us.

We can appreciate that you would be interested in this type of information.

You can find some detailed information regarding what type of bridging programs are available in our Settlement.Org What are bridging programs for internationally-trained professionals and tradespeople? article.

You can find a listing of the ones specific to the accounting profession on the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration website in the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) section.

We suggest that it is best if she contact the nearest settlement agency for some information on what her options are and how to proceed.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hi. I have done my MBA in Human Resources and have work experience in recruitment in my country. But I am not able to get a job. Now I am thinking to do a certification course in HR. Will it help me to get a job in Toronto?
