Rejected TR Visa - Affect PR?

Dears,
My daughter's TR visa was rejected recently.
She aims to obtain PR Canada in future.
Question: whether the rejected visa will affect her chances & eligibility of getting PR?
I checked eligibility and did not find any mention.

1. No, unless it was refused for criminality or misrepresentation, though it has to be mentioned on any further Immigration applications.
