I just moved in to a house in Toronto.
On my lease it does not state that I need to pay the water heater rental.
Is that up to me or the landlord?
They have not provided me with any receipts after monthly payment.
Also, the landlord has not filled out the papers required to change the name
for the water bill. Who is in charge in paying for the water bill?
