Hello, I really appreciate if someone can help me with my question, I'm applying for my PR with the Family sponsorship program, I'm from Mexico, and I've been living with my boyfriend more than a year and he is a citizen, the thing is, we live in Montreal Quebec, but we are planing to move to Ontario in three months, I'd like to start the procedure now because I know it takes a year or more to be processed. I'd like to know if even If I will live in Ontario I can apply from here meeting the requirements of Ontario, as I've read, I know Quebec has more requirements and since I'm not planing to live here I don't want to go trough all that process and fees.
