Hello & warm greetings,
I have only my mother back in my home country ( as my father passed away and I am the only child) and I had applied as a sponsor to bring her here.
During the process, they requested many documents which I supplied them duly, but suddenly I received an email that they are not satisfied that I meet the minimum required income and the later email that the officer is not satisfied that my mother is a member of the family class! Unbelievably frustrating!
I am waiting for the email which it seems they allow me for the appeal!
Do I need to get a lawyer? although I cannot afford it now, as currently I got laid off and I applied fro EI.
