Hi, my mother in law agreed in writing to move out of her apartment for June 1 2017 to move to a city closer to us. She no longer wants to move out due to her inability to find another place in her price range near us. What are her legal options? Can the landlord evict her if she doesn't move out because she has nowhere to go? Any info would be appreciated, thanks
