You may want to try and contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly to see if they have any information regarding the processing times.

Hello
I am at Toronto since 7 (seven) years. I have passed my hearing on 2012 April. I am the protected person.
My first P.R card application closed, after 3 years, I haven't received any request from them but they said 'you did not send our request document we closed your folder if you want you can apply again'' I lost 3 years for the first permanent residence application, I send a letter I have explained my position with the document but they refused.
I applied second application in 2015 February, I have sent whatever they wanted but since 1 year they did not any update on the website and there is no any information and my processing time has done 8 months ago. I do not know what should I do ? Where can I go ?
I called my local Member of Parlement, her asisstant said "you should wait" okay wait but I need to know how long does it take?
I am in a very deep depression, this situation is very frustrating for me. I am a civillian and inoffensive person, even I do not have any trrafic record.
do you have any suggestion ?
