Taxes on Transferred Money

Greetings,
I am a Canadian citizen who is living abroad for over 10 years and whom would like to move back to Ontario and re-establish residency (Currently I have a non-residency status). Can you please let me know if I transfer an amount of money I've been saving back to my bank account in Canada would be taxable or not? is it different to send the money before or after establish residency?
